Pepper Spray State Restrictions: You as the consumer are responsible for being aware of your state and/or city's laws regarding pepper spray self-defense products.

Some states do not allow the purchase of pepper spray by mail or internet, and cannot be legally mailed to areas within these states. If an order is placed with a shipping destination within a restricted state, you will receive an email notification and your order will be canceled.

Pepper Spray cannot be shipped by Air or to: Hawaii, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin.
